Anthony Abbott
Anthony has been in the facilities management field for over 25 years. He has, quite honestly, worn every single hat you can think of, and has held every position there is to have. From technician, to assistant, to most recently, Chief Building Engineer of a downtown Dallas, class A, high rise office building, his vast knowledge of all thing’s maintenance and repair led him to start Pool Defenders. Anthony’s strong, ethical leadership style, integrity, incredibly strong work ethic, and expertise in the field, allows Pool Defenders to be the perfect choice when selecting a pool service and maintenance company for your home or commercial pool needs. Anthony holds many certificates and licenses, but most importantly, he is CPO certified. Anthony served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1992, and is a Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Ryan Abbott
Ryan serves as one of our service technicians. Having learned various aspects of multiple trades and business from his dad beginning at the young age of only 13, Ryan has proven to have the same outstanding qualities and knowledge in the facilities maintenance field. Ryan is well rounded, tenacious, and welcomes the challenge of hard work. His customer centric approach goes far with his clients and he is loved by all. Ryan is not only CPO certified; he is also a licensed HVAC technician.
John Hernandez
John met the Abbott family at the beginning of middle school, where he and Ryan attended together, in San Diego. Over the last 10+ years, we have been fortunate enough to watch John become the skilled, hard-working, honest and trustworthy part of our team, he is today. John is not only an integral part of the Pool Defenders family, but of the Abbott family as well. John is CPO certified.
